Much loved father to Kevin and Gill and grandfather to Charley, Elliot, Farah and Alisha. Eric passed away aged 90 on 26th December 2013 after a full and happy life, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Southampton on 6th September 1923, Eric was a keen sportsman with a particular interest in golf, football, snooker, bridge and cricket. He involved himself heavily in the local Barnet community but his main passion was always his family. As a younger man Eric contracted tuberculosis and his enjoyment of later years was hampered by COPD. We hope that his legacy will be to help to alleviate the suffering of others affected by lung conditions.
